Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or signing into the app confirms your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Responsible Use

• Use the Service responsibly, lawfully, and with respect for the rights and safety of others.
• You are responsible for your activity, interactions with the AI, and content you submit or create through the Service.
• Do not use the Service in ways that are illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive, or that could expose LoreMate AI or others to risk.

3. AI Responses

The AI generates responses based on your conversation, but they may be unrealistic, factually wrong, or inaccurate.

Disclaimer: Do not treat AI responses as real-life advice (e.g., legal, medical, or financial). We are not liable for any consequences from relying on these responses. Use the service at your own risk.

4. Data Collection and Model Improvement

Oftentimes our model providers collect analytical data based on your prompted response. We may use data collected on site to improve our models as well. You can opt out of this by managing your account from the sidebar.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The app, AI, and its content are owned by LoreMate AI, protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: You own your chat content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and reproduce it for improving our services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the Service, including by:

• Using it for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Violating the rights, privacy, or safety of another person.
• Attempting to compromise, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Creating or distributing content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

7. User Accounts

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at loremate@saturated.in .

8. Enforcement and Termination

Where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or that use of the Service may create legal, security, safety, or operational risk, we may take action we consider appropriate in the circumstances. This may include limiting content or features, removing content, investigating activity, suspending access, or terminating an account. We are not required to take any particular action in every case and may act with or without prior notice where permitted by law.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Paid subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment provider according to the plan and billing period shown when you subscribe.
• Payments and subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• If a subscription payment fails, we will not make a second automatic charge attempt. The subscription will be cancelled, and you must manually subscribe again if you wish to restore paid access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoreMate AI is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data or profits).
• Issues arising from AI responses, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delhi, India, except for small claims or injunctive relief.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
